Student scores poor marks, hangs herself
BANGALORE: "PE sir and KS Mam are reason for my death". That's the suicide note of 15-year-old girl Meghashree, who hanged herself at her Wilson Garden house on Tuesday morning.
A Class 10 student of RV Girls' School, Meghashree had been asked to bring her parents to school as she'd fared badly in the first tests. On Tuesday, she was denied entry to class because her parents had not come with her.

She went home and hanged herself.
Her parents - car driver Raju and domestic help Ashwathamma - worked hard to give their daughters a good education. Meghashree's elder sister Akshatha is a I PUC student in the same school.
Ashwathamma said Meghashree had told her that she'd got less marks in the test. She said, "Today (Tuesday) morning, I told her I'd accompany her to school. But she told me that she had special classes. She returned home at around 10.30 am, saying that she had not been allowed into class. That was the last I saw her, as I was busy with household work. At around 11.30, I found she had hanged herself from the ceiling."
Neighbours say the couple was hard working and generally mind their own business. The Wilson Garden police are investigating.
