Shantaram film festival from May 4

bangalore: suchitra film society, v. shantaram foundation, mumbai, and national film archive of india, pune, will jointly organise the v. shantaram film festival from may 4 to may 19 in the city. the festival will be held at suchitra film society. the films will be screened at 6.45 pm except on the first day. following is the schedule: may 4: navrang (hindi), 7 pm; may 5: pinjara (marathi); may 6: do ankhen barah hath (hindi); may 8: aadmi (hindi); may 9: duniya na mane (hindi); may 11: sehra (hindi); may 12: amra bhopali (marathi); may 13: dr kotnis ki amar kahani (hindi); may 14: shantala; may 15: shejari (marathi); may 17: jhanak jhanak payal bhaje (hindi); may 18: geet gaya patharon ne (hindi) and may 19: portrait of a pioneer (english documentary on v.shantaram).
