Scuffle over knife ends in murder of hotel chef; 1 held

Bengaluru: A trivial fight between two chefs over a vegetable-cutting knife ended in the murder of one of them at a hotel in Rajarajeshwari Nagar on Monday. The accused is Aryan Pushkar, 20, a resident of RR Nagar, while the deceased was Milan Baral, 25, who lived in the same area. Hotel staffers rushed him to hospital, but doctors declared him brought dead. The hotel staff informed police, who arrested Pushkar on murder charges. The sudden incident on a busy afternoon left several customers and staffers shocked.
