Rowdy injured in midnight attack
A 27-year-old rowdy of Someshwara in Siddapura was severely injured in a midnight gangwar on Wednesday.
“Nadeem Ahmed has been admitted to KIMS,” police said. Nadeem and his associate Pasha were on their way home at 12.15am on Thursday when another car overtook their vehicle and waylaid them near Annappa petrol bunk, Wilson Garden. Five men alighted from the car, dragged Nadeem out of his vehicle and attacked him several times.
Pasha managed to escape. Preliminary probe revealed Nadeem was involved in a property dispute with Khadeer alias Mavalli Giddu Khadeer.
