Reddys rubbish CEC report

Revenue minister G Karunakara Reddy's open statement on Saturday that he had nothing to do with Obulapuram Mining Company (OMC) has sparked off doubts about unity among the Reddy brothers. All this at a time when they have been indicted by the CEC report and when the opposition is baying for their blood.Karunakara is said to haveinformed the high court, the Centre and the Election Commission of India of hisconnection with OMC. Sources said he is worried about his image after the BJP'spoor show in Bellary in the recent panchayat polls. Hence, he wants to stay awayand rebuild his image for the next elections, sources added.Tourismminister G Janardhana Reddy has dismissed the CEC report as flawed. "Theopposition, including Union law minister Veerappa Moiley, have not understoodthe report at all. They need to understand the technical fault in it beforeseeking our resignation. I have never lost a case and will come clean in thistoo," he said.
