Harish had appeared on behalf of K N Mohan and submitted himself as a proxy advocate.
"Harish pleads ignorance of any developments and submits that he doesn't have papers or knows anything about the case.

The practice of advocates seeking adjournments or requesting a case listed before the court, not to be taken on the premise that a lawyer before the court is a proxy, is the most obnoxious, demeaning practice, bringing down the nobility of the legal profession," Justice D V Shailendra Kumar observed in his order.
