The committee will be headed by scientist C N R Rao. Other members include M R Srinivasan, former chairman of Atomic Energy Commission ; Surabhi Banerji , former vicechancellor of Netaji Subash Bose University, Kolkata; Mumtaz Ali Khan, minister for Haj, Wakf and minority welfare and writer Chandrashekar Kambar.
