Neighbour who stole

BANGALORE: Nelamangala police have arrested Jayalakshmi (50), who used to steal from neighbouring houses after taking a home for rent in that area.
Three months ago, Jayalakshmi targeted the house of Anand at Subasnagar. She was staying with her son.
One day, Anand's almirah keys went missing and his family thought he'd misplaced them. When they were going out of station, they handed over the house key to Jayalakshmi.They returned two days later only to realize that gold jewellery and Rs 2,000 in cash were missing.
On questioning, Jayalakshmi confessed to the crime.
