Namma Kambala in Bengaluru: Roads to avoid, traffic restrictions in city

Traffic police requested commuters to avoid the following roads during the three-day Bengaluru Kambala event, beginning Friday
Palace Road: Mysore Bank Circle to Vasanthnagar underpass MV Jayaram Road: BDA junction, Palace Road-Chakravarthi Layout-Vasanthnagar underpass-Old Udaya TV junction (both directions)

Ballari Road: Mehkri Circle to LRDE junction Cunningham Road: Balekundri junction to Le Meridien underpass

Millers Road: Old Udaya TV junction to LRDE junction Jayamahal Road and surrounding roads of Bengaluru Palace All heavy vehicles are banned from 7am to noon & from 3pm to 10pm, Saturday and Sunday

KIA advisory
Kempegowda International Airport has requested commuters to plan their travel to the airport much in advance. “Check with your respective airlines for alerts and updates,” an advisory read, adding: “Due to the three-day event, we anticipate heavy traffic from the city to the airport, Friday to Sunday.”
