TUMKUR: Educationist and BJP leader K B Jayanna, who was missing from Tumkur on Wednesday, returned home on Thursday. He'd gone to Hubli as he was being harassed.
The police said Jayanna contacted his friend late on Wednesday night and told him he'd return the next morning. He'd gone for a walk early Wednesday morning and his family filed a missing person complaint.
When Jayanna left home, he wrote a letter to his wife, in which he mentioned ITI college principal Thippeswamy, Mahesh, Somana and Prakash, and added that they were torturing him, and if anything happened to him, they are responsible for it.
Police took this letter and diary into custody and started an inquiry.
