BENGALURU: A 23-year-old man was arrested for the murder of a diploma student on Monday.

Harsha, 19.
With Shekhar's arrest, eight people, including four minors, have been held for stabbing Harsha to death outside his college. Police said Shekhar planned the attack and paid the other to act.
“Harsha attacked Shekhar in the second week of December following a dispute over a mobile phone. Shekhar, who was seeking revenge, plotted the attack on Harsha near the college,“ police said. One of the four minors supplied the knife to Shekhar.
Police said Shekhar was earlier booked in three cases, including of dacoity and robbery. Harsha, a secondyear diploma student in PES Polytechnic, Hanumanthnagar, Bengaluru south, was stabbed to death by the gang on December 21.
