Kolcatta Highcourt cancels an extradition order issued by the Central Govt to a Polish student. Looks like these days the courts have become a law unto themselves. They are competing with one another to transgress the fine line between executive and the judiciary by poking their nose into even what are purely adminitrative matters. The guidelines and rules framed by the Government applies to everyone equally. What is the need for individuals to approach the courts for special attention, and what was the need for the Courts to entertain such applications?. This is a good example to show how and why thousands and thousands of cases court cases are pending verdict for years and decades.Read allPost comment
