Party president H K Kumaraswamy issued the expulsion order stating Shivarame was expelled for indulging in anti-party activities.This was a day after an audio recording surfaced where Shivarame Gowda is heard making derogatory remarks against Made Gowda, who participated in the freedom struggle and was in the forefront of the Cauvery agitation for over three decades.
