‘Human First’ initiative today
Bengaluru: As part of its new Payroll Management programme, Canara Bank in association with The Times of India is organising an initiative called ‘Human First’.
The new programme aims at bringing additional benefits to salaried employees across organizations. The event — only by invite — is being held in Bengaluru on Friday, 5.30pm. Human First is an initiative to showcase the importance of employee well-being for better productivity and higher performance.

It tries to address challenges in the current hybrid working environment and helps companies handle employee morale in the best possible way.

As part of the initiative, a panel discussion is being organised with industry leaders KR Sekar, partner, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP and immediate past president, BCIC; Muralidharan Kesavan, medical superintendent, Nimhans; Ashok Chandra, executive director, Canara Bank and Ruchi Ahluwalia, group chief people officer at Quess Corp to reiterate the importance of healthy and happy employees for better productivity.
