ali has conducted several programmes on how to overcome nervousness and examination fear, helping students particularly those appearing for pre-university final examinations. he claims success with students saying they are ``fear-free'''' and have been facing examinations with a greater confidence. heads of institutions, too, vouch for the dip in fear factor. ali said the objective of the programme was to help students overcome the fear which is manifest especially during the run-up to public examinations. ``allaying this fear is one of the better services to the student community that one could think of. i embark on this programme in february-march as this is the time when they hit the panic button hard.'''' if students go to the exam hall without nervousness, then half the battle is won, he added. ali has also been playing the role of counsellor on such crucial issues as patience, self-help and analysing the problems students are beset with. he offers solutions to effectively handle all these. the students'' feedback has been satisfactory, he claimed. the young minds will have to be uncluttered before they can be presented the vision of future, he added. his method of working: analyse the problem systematically and make suggestions on chalking out a preparatory timetable to face examinations, using which students can plan the last 30 days of academic year effectively. a diploma-holder in automobile engineering, ali said his efforts will be considered fruitful only when students emerge from exam halls in a triumphant mood. he has organised several such programmes in educational institutions like st joseph''s boys high school, st joseph''s high school for girls, vasavi junior college and in many other schools. some of these schools have issued certificates of commendation to ali expressing gratitude. <span style="" font-weight:="" bold="">(ali can be contacted at aptech computer education, ii floor, singhvi mansion, bangalore road, bellary. phone: 71849)</span> </div> </div>
