Green fingers move again

bangalore: here's a bangalorean who has sustained her expertise. priya mascarenhas who won the ornamental outstanding garden award, the first prize for a vegetable garden and the rolling shield of rao bahadur h.c. javaraya's rolling cup recently had to wait till rajkumar's release to receive her award. m.d. narayan won the tirumala rao's rolling cup for outstanding garden.in a glittering ceremony at the mysore horticultural society on last weekend, the horticulture director made a special mention of both these garden stalwarts who have continuously attempted to keep bangalore green and have managed to win the awards for over a decade. the trophies were given away by p.b. ramamurthy, mysore horticulture chairman.
