Experts to decode courses, careers at Mission Admission in Bengaluru tomorrow
The Times of India’s Mission Admission, the city’s leading higher education seminar and expo, will be held Saturday at Jnana Jyothi Auditorium, Ambedkar Veedhi, Gandhinagar, from 10.30am to 4 pm.
Designed to help students and parents make informed choices after class 12, the daylong event will bring together academicians, counsellors, policymakers and industry experts to decode admissions, courses and future career opportunities.
The event will be inaugurated by Mohammed Mohsin, additional chief secretary, medical education department, who will also deliver the keynote address.
The programme will feature a panel discussion on “How industry-ready is engineering education in Karnataka?”, moderated by S Sadagopan, former director, IIITB. Senior academic leaders from RV College of Engineering, Dayananda Sagar University and CMR School of Engineering and Technology will discuss how engineering curricula and pedagogy are adapting to AI, automation and changing industry needs.
Students and parents can attend detailed counselling sessions on CET, NEET state quota seats from Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) and ComedK, offering clarity on admission processes, seat selection and key steps to follow.
