, when a container truck coming from the opposite direction hit their two-wheeler.
While Banni died on the spot, pillion rider Durugappa succumbed to injuries in a hospital. Kudligi police arrested Mani, 50, the driver of the truck bearing a
Tamil Nadu registration number. Police handed over the bodies to relatives after the autopsy. An FIR has been registered.
