BANGALORE: The former DGP and IGP C. Dinakar has been granted a stay by the city civil and sessions judge in the matter of summons issued to him to appear before the 2nd ACMM court in an alleged defamation case.

BANGALORE: The former DGP and IGP C. Dinakar has been granted a stay by the city civil and sessions judge in the matter of summons issued to him to appear before the 2nd ACMM court in an alleged defamation case.
The complainant Munir Ahmed Quereshi claimed that he was a respectable person doing business in chemicals and alleged that C. Dinakar had defamed him in his book, Veerappan’s Prize Catch Dr Rajkumar, where he was referred to as a “cheat and a history-sheeter�.
