Court wants details of G-category sites

BANGALORE: A high court division bench headed by Justice K L Manjunath has asked the government to file by August 25 details on allotment of G-category sites to all beneficiaries. The beneficiaries include MLAs, MLCs and MPs, under the ‘public service /public life’ category.
The court has also asked the government to satisfy the court regarding these allotments.
Advocate S Vasudeva filed a PIL challenging allotment of these sites during the tenure of four former chief ministers in the past one decade.
