Congress is claiming credit for the removal of Yeddyurappa.

Our sustained fight against the mal-administration of the BJP culiminated in his resignation,'' KPCC president G Parameshwara told reporters here on Monday, after releasing a 'Report Card' -- Two year Truthful Steps - on the performance of the party under his leadership.
When asked if it wasn't due to Lokayukta's report, the KPCC chief said: Yes, Justice Santosh Hegde's report also helped.'' He also claimed credit for the Centre's decision to accord Article 371 status to the Hyderabad-Karnatak region.
The report card lists the the rallies, training related activities, programmes like Nada Rakshana Nadige, Congress Nadige Janara Balige, Chinthan Manthan and states how these had strengthened the party by reaching out to the people and the grass root level workers.

On Monday, the KPCC launched the Management Information System (MIS) and Radio Frequency Identity Card (RFID) for its office-bearers. The MIS will help network directly with the workers and organize and co-ordinate better. It also has historical data of party's performance in the polls.
