Bengaluru school receives hoax bomb threat email, students sent home

BENGALURU: Miscreants sent a hoax bomb-threat-email to Chrysails High Gunjur campus in Bengaluru on Tuesday.

The email was sent to the admin's ID saying there were explosives planted in the institution.

Cops along with anti-sabotage-team rushed to the spot and scanned the premises for over three hours before declaring it a hoax.

Students were sent back to homes. Last week, similar emails were sent to over 40 schools in different parts of the city.
