Bengaluru: Car-bus collision kills driver

BENGALURU: A 36-year-old man died as his car crashed into a mini-bus at Bettahalli Cross near Nelamangala late on Friday night.
Police said Manjunatha J, a resident of Vaddarahalli near Dasanapura, drove his car on rental assignments and was returning home when he met with the accident around 11.30pm.
Manjunatha was coming from Kadabagere Cross and the bus was coming from Madanayakanahalli.Manjunatha was rushed to a hospital by passersby, but doctors declared him brought dead.
The bus driver fled, leaving his vehicle behind. Police have registered a case and seized both vehicles for further investigation.
