Bengaluru: 900 bills faulty, admits Bescom
BENGALURU: Over 900 electricity bills generated by
Consumers who feel they have been charged a high electricity bill this month can have a second round of meter reading arranged or a self-reading by informing the the Bescom sub-division office, officials said.
During a video-conference, Bescom managing director MB Rajesh Gowda asked consumers to check the current month’s meter reading and compare it with previous months. If there are grievances, consumers can contact the local sub-division office or call the 1912 helpline, he added.
