Army Day parade to be held in MEG

BENGALURU: The defence ministry said MEG & Centre drill square will be the venue of the Army Day parade, which is being organised outside New Delhi for the first time.

Lt Gen AK Singh, army commander, Southern Command, visited Bengaluru military station on Tuesday to review the preparations for the January 15 parade. Singh was accompanied by Lt Gen A Arun, general officer commanding Dakshin Bharat area, Chennai.
