Aero India 2025 will be the largest edition ever, with over 900 exhibitors, including 150 foreign firms, and 90+ participating countries, marking India’s growing prominence in the global aerospace and defence sector.

The event will witness participation from 26 defence ministers, 118 CEOs (including 59 from foreign firms), Air Chiefs, and secretaries from 43 countries, fostering high-level strategic discussions on defence and security.

Aviation enthusiasts can witness thrilling aerial performances, with highlights including Russia’s Su-57 and the US’s F-35, alongside cutting-edge aircraft from India and other global defence giants.

Since the 13th edition, Aero India has transformed into a full-scale defence expo. The 15th edition will spotlight strategic dialogues, innovation showcases, and global industry partnerships, extending far beyond breathtaking air displays.

With the theme ‘Runway to a Billion Opportunities,’ the event emphasizes India’s self-reliance in defence, showcasing indigenous innovations and fostering collaborations under ‘Make in India, Make for the World.’

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh is leading key meetings, including the defence ministers’ conclave and CEOs roundtable, aimed at strengthening global defence cooperation and advancing joint production of cutting-edge technologies

The iDEX Pavilion will highlight innovations from startups and MSMEs, which have secured procurement contracts worth Rs 1,560 crore, further strengthening India’s defence technology ecosystem.

Spread over 42,000 sq m, the event will feature 275+ exhibits in the India Pavilion, displaying capabilities in aero, land, and naval defence, along with advancements in space and niche technologies.

Starting as a modest air show in 1996, Aero India has grown into Asia’s biggest aerospace event, shaping India’s defence future while solidifying its role as a global leader in aerospace and security.
