bangalore: adityaa training academy, a division of the city-based adityaa call center, has recently launched call centre training. the training centre has three american collaborations, kathy sisk enterprises, california and pan american co. presently the training is being given for call center operations, help line activities for us clients and corporate training programs.
training is also imparted for medical billing and coding and back office functions. ``the training modules designed and devised by the faculty of the academy has been developed after careful research and classroom experiences. they not only aim at holistic development of the learner to professional standards but also are tailored to clients' needs and specifications,'' says thirunavakkarsu, md of the company. according to him, the academy differs from other conventional training centers in areas of infrastructure, fees, facilities and training with placement. adityaa call center has 200 agents on board.
