NEW DELHI: Four persons have been arrested near here for attempting to sell a newborn child, police said on Tuesday. The Kunigal police filed a case following a complaint lodged by Huchcha Rangamma, who serves as the senior supervisor in the Woman and Child Welfare Department, Kunigal. According to Rangamma's statement, an unwed woman delivered a baby boy at the Kunigal Government Hospital on February 20.
