24 police officers get President's medal

BANGALORE: Five IPS and 19 other police officers from Karnataka have been conferred with President's Police Medal this year for distinguished service and Police Medal for meritorious service.
"Bangalore police will achieve more if our strength is increased. We are equipped with good technology. More hands is what we need," said an elated Sunil Kumar IPS, additional commissioner of police, (law and order), Bangalore.
