According to the police, Achin had gone to Lakhimpur city for some work on his bike. "After the incident, it took SOME time to carry out the rescue operation as the tree was large and could not be removed manually," cops said. Circle officer

Kumar Jaiswal said, "The victim was wearing a helmet but it didn't save him as the tree was large. It fell on his shoulder and he was crushed to death. Since the accident was a result of a natural disaster, no FIR has been registered."
