17-year-old model raped by three men in Moradabad hotel

BAREILLY: A 17-year-old girl re turning from a modelling as signment was allegedly raped by three men in a hotel in UP's Moradabad on Monday.
Investigating officer inspee tor Usha Malik told TOI, "The girl alleged she was sedated by three friends, one of whom was known to her, and offered her a lift from New Delhi to Morada bad in their car.

The accused first raped her in the moving car and then took her to a hotel ro om, where they took turns ra ping her." The accused were identified as Bharat Singh, Anil, and Waseem alias Sonu from Ghaziabad.

They were booked under sections of the IPC, along with Pocso Act and SC/ST Act. The girl, from Sambhal, had gone for a model ling assignment to Jaipur and then came to Delhi, where she was waiting for a bus at Dhaula kuan Metro station. The accu sed offered her a lift in their car, and since she knew one of them, she didn't hesitate and boarded their car Malik added, "The ac cused were arrested within 24 hours of the complaint."
