The complainants in the case, Anilkumar Sonkamble and Subhash Patil, had moved court after their complaints against the accused were allegedly not acted upon by the city police. The list of 13 accused booked included Gopalsingh Mohansingh Shekhawat, Akhil Patrawala, Pratik Desai, Heeren Dewani, Salim Khan, Dr Riyaz Mushrif, Alpesh Mashroo, Kamlesh Shah, Pradeep Gaikwad, Prashant More, Raju Gangaram Kamble, Vijay Nathaji Dandge and Pradeep Phoge, added Kulkarni.
The complainants have made the company the first accused, followed by the 13 directors, promoters and franchisee owners, the police said.
