AURANGABAD: In a bid to uphold quality standards with regards to health care services, the Marathwada Hospital Association (MHA) has organised a two-day workshop on the NABH accreditation process from Saturday at Masicon Hall, Central Library Building in MGM campus here. The MHA has taken up the initiative to help the hospitals in Marathwada improve the quality standards by providing valuable information regarding the importance of NABH and its accreditation process.
MHA president Pravin Suryanwanshi said, "The two-day workshop has been organised to help hospitals in Marathwada to get certified by NABH, which will enable patients to make calculated choices on healthcare services."
Eminent speakers will cover a range of topics in their addresses. On Saturday, NABH assessors Monica Gupta will give an introduction to international patient safety goals and Nitin Raithatha will talk on NABH accreditation and introduce the fourth edition of the standards, certification or accreditation v/s regulations, followed by discussion on NABH standards.
