Aurangabad: A special workshop on short films has been organised in the city on September 28 as a part of the forthcoming Filmingo international short film festival.
The event is jointly organised by Yashwantrao Chavan foundation and Prayog Malad organisation.
The aim of the workshop is to help the aspirants learn about the basics of short filmmaking.
It is a special art from which is considered as a powerful medium of expression.
“We aim to nurture the talent that can win accolades for the country at the national and the international level,” an organises said.
As a part of the workshop, writer-director Ashok Rane and other experts, including technicians will share different aspects of filmmaking. Only 100 participants can register for the workshop on a first-cum-first-served basis. The workshop will be held at MGM college between 9am and 2pm.
