Addressing the valedictory function, industrialist Mohini Kelkar appealed to participants to inculcate principles of Kaizen.

"Having a self-disciplined approach and maintaining proper work-culture are two common factors that find place in Japanese management tools, including Kaizen. There is a need to inculcate these values from the very beginning," she said.

The convention saw competitions taking place for participants on different themes of Kaizen with winners getting selected for best performances.
