TIRUPATI: A group of 19 trainee officers of the
Indian administrative service (IAS) of the 2020 batch visited Sri City integrated business city near Satyavedu in Chittoor district as part of the Bharat Darshan tour.
Sri city vice president C Ramesh Kumar briefed the trainee IAS officers group about the rapid industrial strides achieved by Sri city since its inception and about how it emerged as a world class integrated industrial hub.
Sri city founder managing director Ravindra Sanna Reddy said that the business city struck a perfect harmony between industrial growth, sustainable environment and social responsibility.
The trainee IAS officers who visited various industrial units at Sri city appreciated the vision and efforts put in by the founder-management team in shaping this backward region in Chittoor district into a world class business destination over the last two decades.
