NIA questions 2 men linked to banned outfit PFI at Andhra Pradesh's Kurnool

TIRUPATI: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) questioned two suspects with alleged links to the banned outfit Popular Front of India (PFI) at Andhra Pradesh's Kurnool district on Thursday.


Sources said that the NIA sleuths conducted searches at the Old Town locality and at Auto Nagar, where they took Abdul and Ameer into their custody for questioning.

The duo were later shifted to the police guesthouse at Kurnool.

Reports of the NIA questioning two PFI linked suspects created a flutter across Kurnool town.
