Andhra Pradesh: MLAs lay foundation stone for YSR Jagananna housing colony near Yerpedu

TIRUPATI: Tirupati MLA Bhumana Karunakar Reddy along with Srikalahasti legislator Biyyapu Madhusudhan Reddy and Tirupati municipal commissioner PS Girisha IAS laid the

foundation stone

for YSR Jagananna housing colony near Chindepalli in

Yerpedu

mandal in Chittoor district on Tuesday.

Speaking to reporters after laying the foundation stone, Bhumana Karunakar Reddy heaped praises on chief minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy for fulfilling the dreams of lakhs of poor people across the state of owning their own homes.

"Chief minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy gave his consent to construct 29 lakh plus homes across the state under the YSR Jagananna colonies being built across the state of Andhra Pradesh. Today we have laid the foundation stone for the construction of 9456 houses in an extent of 220 acres of land at Chindepalli village in Yerpedu mandal and the construction works will be completed within 12 months from now", asserted the Tirupati MLA.

Srikalahasti legislator Biyyapu Madhusudhan Reddy underlined that the
