Andhra Pradesh: Domestic violence case booked against Mudivedu SI

Though the Madanapalli Taluk police made the couple undergo several sessions of counselling, there was no improvement in their marital life, as Vishnu Priya once again alleged that her husband threatened to shoot her dead if she did not bring him additional dowry.
Following a complaint lodged by the victim, Madanapalli police booked SI Sukumar under the domestic violence and dowry harassment case. The Madanapalli police who have submitted a detailed report to the higher-ups, are yet to arrest the accused SI.

The wife approached the Madanapalli Taluk police with a complaint against her husband, alleging that he was subjecting her to physical assault and was harassing her for additional dowry.Though the Madanapalli Taluk police made the couple undergo several sessions of counselling, there was no improvement in their marital life, as Vishnu Priya once again alleged that her husband threatened to shoot her dead if she did not bring him additional dowry.
