are all ready to open ‘Pain Clinic’ on every Tuesday and Thursday on

hospital campus from June 14.

college Dr Vaibhav Singh told TOI” “People suffer from various kinds of pains and aches. They, most often either, are not treated completely or not treated correctly leading to persistent pain despite best medications.”
“In such circumstances, people suffering acute pain should go to pain clinic and approach a pain physician as a primary contact. The doctors concerned may then guide with respect to treatment and consult/refer other specialities if at all needed,” Singh further said.
Dr Singh, meanwhile, said “There are many kinds of pain including headache, pain in face, neck, shoulder, arm, forearm, wrist, fingers, upper back, lower back, waist, legs, foot and also cancer patients having pain or patients having pain after surgery. With the setting up of pain clinic at Swarup Rani Nehru (SRN) hospital, room number 7 in PMSSY Building, patients can find an easy way to cure their pain on every Tuesday and Thursday. A team of doctors including Dr Vaibhav Singh, assistant professor and interventional pain physician, department of anesthesiology, MLN Medical college and Dr Dharmendra Kumar Yadav, associate professor and interventional pain physician, department of anesthesiology, MLN Medical college are ready to help patients with specific treatments, like Medical management of pain, ultrasound guided management of pain, X-ray guided management of pain and combination of the three, as applicable.
