NCC cadets to get better training

ALLAHABAD: National Cadet Corps Headquarters conducted a three tier seminar on -- Training of cadets philosophy.
Parents, principals and army officers attended the seminar which was held in the premises of 15 UP Bn NCC.
Informing this, Senior NCC Officer of the Unit S M Mustafa said that on the latest guidelines issued by the Director General NCC, New Delhi the seminar was organised by Group Headquarters here.The seminar was aimed on better training opportunities provided to the NCC cadets.
Group Commander Col N B Thapa apprised the parents, principal and officers about the latest techniques, methods and needs of the training philosophy promoted by the NCC department.
A varied number of queries and questions were undertaken by him during the interactive session. Useful suggestions given by parents, principals and officers for further improvement of training to cadets are being analysed by Gp Hq and will soon be forwarded to NCC Directorate for implementation. The officers from 6, 15, 16, 17, 18, 60, 65 UP NCC Battalions, 1 UP Naval, Medical and CTR companies have attended this seminar.
Earlier, the chief guest participants were received by Commanding Officer Lt Col Rishi Wahni of 15 UP Bn NCC while Sub Mangeram extended the vote of thanks on behalf of the unit.
