BAHRAICH: A case of forgery and embezzlement of funds was registered against the principal of Paramhans Degree College, Kaiserganj. The president of college management committee alleged that the college principal has misappropriated funds worth Rs11 lakh.
Police have registered a case and investigation is on. Reportedly the president of management committee of Paramhans degree college Omkar Nath Pandey stated in the application submitted at the CJM court four months ago alleged that the college principal Neeraj Bajpai embezzled with the funds of fee refund of the students.

The president alleged that the funds of student fee refund was sent to the college in 2004-05 for the session 2010-11, but the principal deposited the funds in his personal account at the Kshetriya Gramin Bank, Jarwal.
The case was investigated following the complaint at SDM Kaiserganj. The investigation revealed the embezzlement of Rs 11, 31,350. The principal has not shown the accounts even after the investigation by the SDM, alleged the college president.
The CJM ordered to register a case of forgery and embezzlement of funds against the principal. Station officer Kaiserganj Anil Kumar Yadav told that a case under section 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 406, 409 and 506 has been registered against the principal.
