Dist Cong names 12 mandal presidents of trans Ganga

Prayagraj: The district Congress Committee on Monday declared the names of 12 mandal presidents of trans Ganga in a meeting held in Jhunsi area to review Phulpur assembly by-poll preparations.While four members were retained, eight new were inducted as mandal presidents. Congress district president Suresh Yadav said among the new presidents are Phulpur Town Mashooq Ansari, IFFCO Rajesh Yadav, Rudapur Indra Kumar Yadav, Bagai Khurd Sanjay Shukla, Medua Mulayam Vidrohi, Hanumanganj Arvind Kumar Singh, Chhibaiya RB Singh, Kotwa Gyan Prakash Maurya, Veerganj Najme Alam, Malavan Bhanu Prakash Kushwaha, Andawan Sarvesh Krishna, and Jhunsi Zeeshan Ahmed.District Congress leadership asked newly appointed mandal presidents to connect with eligible voters and strengthen the base of the party. Party spokesman Haseeb Ahmed said the appointments aim to strengthen the organisation and connect with the masses.
