Zydus gets EIR from USFDA for Moraiya plant

Ahmedabad: The US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) closed the inspection at homegrown pharma major Zydus Lifesciences Ltd’s Moraiya facility near Ahmedabad. The pharma giant received an establishment inspection report (EIR) from the USFDA, the company said on Monday. The USFDA has determined that the inspection classification of the formulations manufacturing facility is voluntary action indicated (VAI).The USFDA had inspected the facility from July 26 to August 5, which concluded with four observations. tnn
