Well-known personalities debate youth participation in politics
AHMEDABAD, April 26: The Research Foundation for Governance in India (RFG) in association with Open Space, Ahmedabad organised an interactive session on governance in India and participation of Indian youth therein, at Ahmedabad Management Association (AMA) on Sunday.
The event featured three short vox populi films made by amateur participants of Open Space forum in March this year.

Following the screenings was an interactive session that began with participants putting forth their personal views on democracy and the domain of politics. It went on to become a full-fledged discussion on issues concerning the youth. Topics like indifference and apathy to political system and democracy being much more than just voting were debated in detail.
The session saw participation from some well-known names such as Prof Sebastian Morris and Prof Dileep Mavalankar of IIM-A as well as Ankit Chona of Havmor, Pankaj Patel of ABVP, Revanta Sarabhai, son of noted danseuse Mallika Sarabhai, and Parag Patel, principal of HL Institute of Commerce, among others.
