AHMEDABAD: On Wednesday, the

Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation

(GSRTC) connected various parts of the state to Shirdi,

Nashik

, Chandigarh, Varanasi, Goa, and

Haridwar

. In all, 30 new bus routes were introduced from Ahmedabad, Bhavnagar, Surat, and Palanpur.

Sonal Mishra, MD, GSRTC said that Ahmedabad is linked to Varanasi, Goa, Pune, Dadar and Jogeshwari in Mumbai, Nathdwara, Shirdi, Haridwar and Chandigarh.

The buses will have CCTV surveillance. Flagging off some of the buses, CM Vijay Rupani announced that passengers will get 4-6% discount on e-tickets. Six percent discount will be given on premium buses, and 4% on Gurjar Nagari Express.
