Milind Torawane appointed rural development commissioner

The Gandhinagar Chief Commissioner of State Tax, Milind Torawane, has been transferred and appointed as the Commissioner of Rural Development and Secretary Rural Development, Samir Vakil, Special Commissioner of State Tax, will hold the additional charge of Chief Commissioner of State Tax until further orders. A state government notification issued on Wednesday said Torawane will replace Sonal Mishra who was appointed Joint Secretary Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. Meanwhile, Manoj Kumar Das, ACS Ports and Transport will hold additional charge of ACS Panchayats Rural Housing and Rural Development.
