M Power thump New Horizon

Ahmedabad: Riding on Kush Patel’s whirlwind hundred, M Power Cricket Academy thumped New Horizon Cricket Academy by 312 runs in the SPCT U-14 cricket tournament organised by the Sports Promoters Charitable Trust at SPCT (Kis) crikcet ground, on Saturday.
Winning the toss and batting first, M Power piled on 406/4 in 50 overs. Kush struck 31 boundaries in his 179-run knock off 138 balls.Palash Raval’s 79 off 81 balls contained 11 hits to the fence while a 39-ball 54, comprising eight boundaries, by Dev Chauhan propelled M Power to a mammoth total.
In reply, New Horizon Cricket Aademy were restricted to 150/5. Krupanshu Patel and Janetya contributed 18 runs each while M Power pacers Palash grabbed three wickets conceding 20 runs and Dhruv Tamayache took two wickets, giving away 12 runs.
