BJP president Amit Shah on Friday met Gujarat CM Vijay Rupani, State unit president Jitu Vaghani and other office bearers to discuss candidates for 25
Lok Sabha
seats of Gujarat. The party has already announced Shah’s candidature for the Gandhinagar seat. The discussions lasted for about two hours.
Jitu Vaghani said, “We made our representation before the central parliamentary board. Now the central parliamentary board will finalise the names and announce them according to the party’s political strategy.”
