IIM-A to host Finance conclave 2010

AHMEDABAD: The Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIM-A) will be hosting its two-day Finance Conclave 2010 from Friday. The theme of the conclave is India: Challenging the New Normal'. The conclave is being organised by the special interest groups of the students, Beta The Finance Club and Leverage The Private Equity and Venture Capital Club with the Centre for Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship (CIIE)
The first day of the conclave will focus on A New World Order' and will address questions pertaining to a new regime of regulations, consolidation activity and inclusive growth that will shape the new economic order post the financial crisis.
The speakers invited for the conclave include chief general manager of RBI, B Mahapatra; Private Equity Pro Advisors, Arvind Mathur; Sunil Kolangara from UTI Ventures; Nikhil Khatau from Mayfield Ventures and Anand Tandon from Brics Security amongst others.
